Upon full payment, you own all deliverables we create for you — including your website files, optimized GBP content, and citation listings. We retain no ongoing claims to work delivered.
We may use non-identifiable project details (e.g. "a hair salon in Miami") as portfolio examples unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, we will revise it at no extra cost until you are happy. This guarantee applies to the specific deliverables agreed upon — it does not guarantee specific Google rankings, which are determined by Google's algorithms and beyond our direct control.
While our optimization work is designed to improve your visibility on Google, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions. Search engine rankings are determined by Google's algorithms, which are subject to change at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalAuthority.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement at any time. If you terminate after work has begun but before completion, payment for work completed to date is due. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any amounts paid for undelivered work.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting to this page. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
